Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, use it to reply to you and to run our talent management work, and never sell it. This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies.
1. Who we are
FVR Talent LLC ("FVR Talent", "we", "us") is a talent management company organized in Michigan, United States. We represent artists and animators who create short-form content and arrange brand partnerships for them. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect
Contact form
When you use the form on our home page we receive whether you are a brand or a creator, your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is required.
Creator intake form
If you apply to join our roster through our intake form (hosted by Tally), we receive the details you enter there: your name, creator name, email, optional phone number, country and city, the languages you create in, links to your channels, information about your content and audience, past and current brand deals, any existing management arrangements, and any files you choose to upload, such as a media kit or analytics screenshots.
Email and messages
If you email or message us, we receive your message, your contact details and anything you attach.
Technical data
Like any website, our host receives standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as government ID numbers, bank details or health information through the website. Payment details for signed creators and brand partners are handled separately, under contract.
3. How we use it

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for automated decision-making. We will not add you to a mailing list.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers that run parts of our website and business for us: Netlify (website hosting), Web3Forms (delivers contact form messages to our inbox), Tally (creator intake form), Google Fonts (serves the website's fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads), and our email provider. They process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
- Brands and agencies, if you are a creator we represent or are discussing representation with, and only with your agreement, for example when we share your media kit or rates for a campaign.
- Professional advisers and authorities, such as accountants or lawyers, or where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located in or process data in the United States or the European Union. Where data moves between countries, we rely on the provider's legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or other tracking tools. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, we do not show a cookie banner.
Two third-party services load when you use parts of the site:
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on every page. Google receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the font files. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Tally hosts our creator intake form on its own site. Tally may use its own essential cookies there. See Tally's Privacy Policy.
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to working together: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Creator applications that do not lead to signing: up to 24 months, so we can follow up if a fit comes up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Contracts, invoices and related correspondence: as long as the relationship lasts and then for up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To make a request, email business@fvrtalent.com. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data protection authority, you may also complain to that authority.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. You can contact us as above with any privacy request.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to personal information to people who need it for our work and use reputable providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Creators under 18 should apply only with a parent or legal guardian, who must be part of any agreement. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
